Installing reinforcement plate

1. Fitting reinforcement plate to the body

1.1. Fit the reinforcement plate to the body and fix in place with tensioning clamps.

2. Welding in reinforcement plate

2.1. Resistance spot-weld the reinforcement plate in areas -A, B, C-  . See Fig 1.

3. Welding in reinforcement plate

3.1. Apply a full weld to the reinforcement plate in areas -A-  and -B-  using inert gas. See Fig 2.
