Releasing wing from A-pillar

1. Unscrew fastening screws -18-  at A-pillar and pull wing out -19-  downwards -C-  and forwards -D-  . See Fig 2.

2. Check fastening nut -20-  , replacing if necessary. See Fig 2.

3. Remove switching element for filler flap. Refer to 55 38 19 Removing and installing switching element for filler flap - as of MY 2005 (All Models) .
