Testing and adjusting headlight mount

NOTE: The headlight cover lens should lie approximately 2 mm below the body edge.

Where the headlight housing joins the body, both should be in the same plane (flush).

Adjust fastening nuts to the same height as the old unit and tighten gently by hand.

1. Adjust fastening nuts to the same height as the old unit and tighten gently by hand.

2. Press headlight housing firmly into the body and lock.

3. After adjustment, tighten the fastening nuts. → Tightening torque: 6 ftlb. +/-1.5 ftlb.
