Installing air cleaner housing

NOTE:
  • On vehicles with air suspension, push the compressor line on to the air cleaner cover.

1. Insert the air cleaner housing into the engine compartment at an angle from above.

2. Introduce the two retaining bolts on the underside into the take-up bores in the body. Check the wheel well to make sure that the blue rubber discs are present and ensure that the bolts are properly fitted.

3. Replace the air guide on the air cleaner housing from the wheel well. Check that the elements are installed correctly.

4. Tighten the fastening screw on the air cleaner housing. → Tightening torque: 7.5 ftlb.
