Possible causes, elimination, Notes
- Check power supply for passenger compartment monitoring sensor.
- Disconnect plug connection to the passenger compartment monitoring sensor.
- Voltmeter at plug connection, passenger compartment sensor monitoring pin 1 (positive) and pin 4 (negative).
Display: Battery voltage
- Pull off plug I on the alarm control module.
- Voltmeter at plug I alarm control module pin 24 and ground.
Display: 0 Volt
If battery voltage is displayed, check the wiring harness for pinches and chafing damage.
- If no fault is detected, replace the alarm control module.
