Possible cause of fault
- Open circuit of the charge lead between generator and battery (B+)
NOTE:
- Both voltage values terminal 61 and 30 are compared to each other in the instrument cluster. If the voltage value at terminal 30 decreases severely as opposed to terminal 61, the battery is not charged when the vehicle is in motion (e.g. open circuit in B+ wire) and fault 9131 is stored.
