Actual values

The menu item Actual values enables the following values to be displayed.

Blower speed, air-conditioning.
MOST - optical.
MOST data transfer fault.
Supply voltage

NOTE: Using the function Reset all coding/transfer counters, all set fault counters of all components can be collectively reset to 0.

ACTUAL VALUES ITEM FUNCTION CHART - BLOWER SPEED & MOST FUNCTIONS

Menu item	Function
Blower speed, air-conditioning	Using this menu item, you can call up the speed of the blower for the air conditioning equipment. Connect and start the Porsche System Tester II 9588 and switch on the ignition. Select vehicle type 911 (996) and the PCM2-GW control module and press the ">>" key. Select the Actual values menu item and press the ">>" key. Select the Blower speed, air-conditioning menu item using the ">" key and press the ">>" key. Read out values from the display field.
MOST optical	You can read out the MOST optical (aborts when docking on an optical system) of the MOST control modules. Connect and start the Porsche System Tester II 9588 and switch on the ignition. Select vehicle type 911 (996) and the PCM2-GW control module and press the ">>" key. Select the Actual values menu item and press the ">>" key. Select the Optical menu item using the ">" key and press the ">>" key. Read out values from the display field.
MOST data transfer fault	Under this menu item, it is possible to check the electrical and optical MOST during troubleshooting. Connect and start the Porsche System Tester II 9588 and switch on the ignition. Select vehicle type 911 (996) and the PCM2-GW control module and press the ">>" key. Select the Actual values menu item and press the ">>" key. Select the MOST speed, data transfer fault menu item using the ">"key and press the ">>" key. Read out values from the display field.
Supply voltage	Under this menu item, it is possible to check the electrical and optical MOST during troubleshooting. Connect and start the Porsche System Tester II 9588 and switch on the ignition. Select vehicle type 911 (996) and the PCM2-GW control module and press the ">>" key. Select the Actual values menu item and press the ">>" key. Select the Supply voltage menu item using the ">" key and press the ">>" key. Read out values from the display field.
