Test and adjustment values

REAR SIDE SECTION FLAP TEST AND ADJUSTMENT VALUES

Rear side section flap to side trim panel -D-  . See Figure. 4-1 mm Rear side section flap raised (max. 0.5 mm), lowered (max. 1.5 mm)
-E-  . See Figure. 4 +2 mm Rear side section flap raised (max. 1 mm)
Rear side section flap to frame trim panel for roll-over protection system -F-  . See Figure. 3-0.5 mm Rear side section flap raised (max. 0.3 mm)
-Rear side section flap, drive-link test.--Calibrate the convertible top.-   

1. Connect the Porsche System Tester to the diagnostic socket. Switch on ignition to carry out this test.

    Check the gap dimensions.
-Rear side section flap, drive-link test.--Calibrate the convertible top.-   

2. Select from menu Convertible Top, Drive links, open and close right or left side flap.

3. Select menu item convertible top, and select menu item Calibrate  in the command line which then appears. Start calibration with the "F7" key.

    Calibration of the Cabriolet convertible top and the convertible top compartment lid is carried out using the Diagnosis of the Porsche System Tester. During calibration, the respective potentiometer values (convertible top and convertible-top compartment lid) are determined. If the potentiometer values are plausible, the values are stored. The calibration values can then be calculated as a percentage by the convertible top control module from the potentiometer values.
