Removing And Installing Sealing Ring For HALFSHAFT Flange: Removal

  1. Remove right halfshaft flange.
    • Place chisel or spacer under the halfshaft flange.
    • Pull out the halfshaft flange by turning the screw.
  2. Remove left halfshaft flange.
    • Screw in hexagon-head bolts alternately. The hexagon-head bolts must be supported on the rib reinforcements of the cover.
  3. Lever out sealing ring using a suitable tool (for example, screwdriver).
