Removing And Installing Sealing Ring For HALFSHAFT Flange: Installation

  1. Fill the space between the dust and sealing lips with grease (for example, Liqui-Moly).
  2. Drive sealing ring in until it is secure using pressure piece 9252.
  3. Always replace the snap ring for the halfshaft flange.
    • To do this, clamp the flange in the vice with protective jaws and press out the snap ring with the new snap ring -A.-
  4. Grease the snap ring well and fit the halfshaft flange with the pull-in tool and extractor P 254 and pressure piece 9247/1.
