Diagnosis/troubleshooting on the external amplifier

DIAGNOSIS/TROUBLESHOOTING - 8002 EXTERNAL BOSE AMPLIFIER

1	Read out PCM2 fault memory	Connect the Porsche System Tester II 9588 to the diagnostic socket; switch on the ignition and the Porsche System Tester II 9588 Select vehicle type, Boxster, and start the automatic control module search In the Control units menu, select PCM2 Select External amplifier in the PCM2 menu and confirm with the ">>" key Make a selection in the Fault memory menu and start with the ">>" key Read out fault memory Erase fault memory Remove ignition key and switch on ignition again Read out fault memory again Extract ambient data, press the ">>" key	The fault is remedied -> End	Step 2
