Components Of Radiator, Vacuum, Filler Device

RADIATOR, VACUUM, FILLER DEVICE COMPONENTS

Item Designation Remarks
1(1) Adapter K 22 Is installed in place of the cap of the coolant expansion tank.
2(1) Hose extension FZ 100 Is installed between K22 and KVB 01.
3(1) KVB 01 Vacuum pressure gauge with two shutoff valves.
V1(1) Shutoff valve V1 Shutoff valve for the filler hose.
V2(1) Shutoff valve V2 Shutoff valve for the return line hose.
4(1) Venturi nozzle A vacuum is produced in this component by means of the compressed air. A pressure between 6 and 10 Bar must be present.
5(1) Filler hose The cooling system is refilled via this hose.
6(1) Return line The compressed air and the intake coolant are drawn off via this hose.
