Removing fusible element from the current distributor

  1. Remove cover for current distributor and remove the service label.

  2. Carefully lever off the cover -A-  , e.g. with a screwdriver -arrow-.  . See Fig 2 . This will break the locking tabs and the cover can be removed.
  3. Remove the broken locking tabs from the current distributor.

  4. Unscrew the two hexagon nuts M 5 -3-  from the blown fusible element -1- and remove with the washers -2-  . See Fig 3 .
