Removing Loudspeaker Amplifier

NOTE: Before removing the amplifier, take out the ignition key and switch off the audio system.

Open the luggage-compartment lid and if present, detach the additional amplifier on the clip -1- and detach the additional amplifier (in the direction of travel) to the right. See Fig 2 .

Press connectors -arrow- together and pull apart. See Fig 2 . Remove additional amplifier.
Unscrew both fastening screws from the retaining bracket.

Unplug both electrical connectors -arrow- . See Fig 4 .

Remove the cover for the electrical connector. See Fig 5 .

Unplug both electrical connectors -arrow- . See Fig 6 .

Unscrew both fastening screws and pull the amplifier from the fastening clips.
