Removing and installing pin housing for seat heating and belt buckle

  1. Removing pin housing for seat heating and belt buckle

    See REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT SEAT - AS OF MY 1996 .

    1. Cut tie wrap on rear side of central plug with side cutters.
    2. Push fuse -2-  away from flat connector in -direction of arrow 2-  . See Fig 1 .
    3. Pin housing: Push out the belt buckle -D-  and seat heating -C-  in -direction of arrow 1-  . See Fig 1 .
  1. Installing pin housing for seat heating and belt buckle
    1. First insert the seat heating pin housing -C-  , then the belt buckle -D-  into the flat connector. See Fig 1 .
    2. Push fuse -2-  onto the flat connector. See Fig 1 .
    3. Observe the line route and secure with tie wraps on the rear side of the flat connector.
