Central plug

  1. Removing coding pin and pin

    See REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT SEAT, - AS OF MY 1996 .

    1. Pull slide -B-  in -direction of arrow 1-  . See Fig 1 .
    2. Lever out fuse -arrow 2-  with a small screwdriver and remove completely. See Fig 1 .
    3. Pull out coding pin -A-  in Fig 1 with pliers. Press pin out of flat connector using press-out tool. See TOOLS  .
  1. Installing coding pin and pin
    1. Insert coding pin -A-  and pin into the flat connector until it engages. See Fig 1 .
    2. Insert fuse -2-  in -direction of arrow-  until it engages. See Fig 1 .
    3. For seat installation: Insert counter plug into vehicle and push in slide -B-  . See Fig 1 .
