Removing and installing windstop: Notes

CAUTION: Danger of damage if windstop parts are not fitted correctly.
  • Windstop parts must always be fitted or engaged correctly, especially when driving with the convertible-top open.
REMOVING & INSTALLING WINDSTOP

1 Left outer windstop part 1 Press outer windstop parts -1-  . See Fig 2 . Insert outer windstop parts -1-  . See Fig 2 .
2 Right outer windstop part 1 Press outer windstop parts -2-  . See Fig 2 . Insert outer windstop parts -2-  . See Fig 2 .
3 Centre windstop part 1 Open one of the two locking levers on the windstop -3-arrow--3-  . See Fig 2 . First insert into the central mount, then engage the two upper fastening points.
