Removing and installing support for cap release

NOTE:
- In order to remove the support for the cap release, the front seat must be removed. Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT SEAT, - AS OF MY 1996 .
SUPPORT FOR CAP RELEASE REMOVING AND INSTALLING PROCEDURE (UP TO MY 2000)
