Installing Air Cleaner Element

NOTE:
- The air cleaner housing should not be cleaned with compressed air.
- The hot film mass airflow meter can fire damaged if compressed air is used for cleaning.
- Check air cleaner housing for soiling and if necessary wipe out the air cleaner housing with a lint-free cloth.
- Insert the new filter element into the air cleaner drawer.
- Position pushing unit with filter insert onto the air cleaner housing. Carefully insert the filter element first with both hands and then the push the drawer in after it.
- Push the drawer firmly against the air cleaner housing. Both spring clips must lock with an audible click.
