| 1 | Removing front water drainage | Pull off the front water drainage on the left and right -2- . See Fig 1. |
| 2 | Removing rear water drainage and drive guide | Pull off the rear water drainage on the left and right -3, 4-6-5- . See Fig 1. |
| 3 | Disconnecting the electrical plug connection | Turn the plug connection holder -arrow A-direction of arrow B-7- . See Fig 1. |
| 4 | Unscrewing the fastening screws at front and side | Unscrew the fastening screws -8-1- . See Fig 1. |
| 5 | Unscrewing the rear fastening screws | Unscrew the rear collar nuts -9- . See Fig 1. |
| Caution! Material damage to components in the vehicle interior! Four persons are required to guide the roof module out of the vehicle! | ||
| Note! In order to guide the roof module out, both the seat backrests must be positioned flat towards the rear. | ||
| 6 | Guiding out the roof module | 1. Press the roof module -1- inwards in the direction of arrow -B- . If necessary, press the roof module -1- free all the way round with a plastic spatula. See Fig 1. |
| 2. Guide the roof module out of the rear fastening screws -inset 5- and guide forwards to the windscreen -direction of arrow A- . While guiding out over the belt bracket, do not damage metal bracket -X- . See Fig 1. | ||
| 3. Tilt the roof module at the front diagonally to the right -direction of arrow B- and guide it out of the vehicle in -direction of arrow C- . See Fig 1. | ||
