REAR COVER ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE CHART (1 OF 2)

1	Stick on model logo	Refer to REPLACING MODEL LOGOS
2	Fitting air guide	Position the air guide -25-
3	Fitting fan with fan housing	Position fan with fan housing -24-, -23-
4	Fitting upper part of the lock	Position upper part of the lock -22-,-21-
5	Install adjusting element	Engage collar-20-,-19-
6	Fitting rubber covering	Position the rubber covering -18-
	Installing wiring harness	Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIRING HARNESS
7	Fitting mount	Position the mount -17-15-16-

REAR COVER ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE CHART (2 OF 2)

No.	Procedure	Instructions
8	Fitting hinge	Position -11-, -14-
9	Mounting the lower part of the spoiler	Position the spacer -13- on the lower part of the spoiler. Tighten the fastening screws -12-. Position the upper part of the spoiler on the hinge -11-. Using the threaded plate -10- and the fastening nuts -9- securely screw in the upper part of the spoiler.
		Refer to TIGHTENING TORQUES
10	Mounting the folding wall on the cover	Position the fastening rail -8- on the folding wall -6- and the rear cover. Put new clamping washers -7- on the pegs of the fastening rail.
11	Mounting the folding wall on the upper part of the spoiler	Insert the rail-5- with the folding wall into the lower part of the spoiler in -direction of arrow- Press in the expanding rivets-4-.
12	Mounting the upper part of the spoiler	Adjust the clamping screws to dimension -X = 8 mm-. Place the upper part of the spoiler -3- on the lower part of the spoiler. Ensure that the locking tabs -inset V- have engaged. Tighten the clamping screws -2-. Refer to TIGHTENING TORQUES Push in the plastic plugs-1-.
