15. Antenna for alarm system control module

In vehicles without a radio or PCM2, communication between the hand-held transmitter and the alarm system control module takes place via a lead which is fastened to the wiring harness in the A-pillar.

In vehicles with a radio or PCM2, communication with the alarm system control module takes place using anantenna amplifier or antenna diversity via the antenna lead which is laid in the A-pillar.
