FRONT BUMPER COMPONENTS REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1	Collar nut	9
2	Retaining strip, centre	1	Undo collar nut -1-	Fix retaining strip on the transverse lock panel and fasten with the collar nuts -1-10 N.m (7.5 ftlb.)-
3	Left and right retaining strip	1	Undo the collar nut -1-4-	Position retaining strip on the wing upward so that the clearance rib rests against the side section without gaps, and tighten with the collar nuts -1-4-10 N.m (7.5 ftlb.)-
4	Sheetmetal screw St 4.8 x 19	2		Tightening torque:-3 N.m (2 ftlb.)-
5	Spacer sleeve 5.2 x 14	2
6	Sheetmetal nut St 4.8	4		Inspect and replace if necessary.
7	Protective foil left, transparent foil on right	2		Inspect and replace if necessary.
8	Hexagon-head bolt M12 x 1.5 x 100	2		Tightening torque:-85 N.m (63 ftlb.)-
9	Bumper mount	1	Undo hexagon-head bolt -8-	Attach the bumper mount to the impact pipes -11, 11A-8-
10	Combination screw M8 x 30	4	Undo	Tightening torque:-23 N.m (17 ftlb.)-
11	Impact pipe	2	Undo combination screw -10-	Fix the impact pipe to the body with the seal and fasten with the combination screw -10-
11A	USA version, impact absorber	2	Undo combination screw -10-	Fix the impact absorber to the body with the seal and fasten with the combination screw -10-
12	Seal, impact pipe	2		Inspect and replace if necessary.
12A	USA version, impact absorber seal	2		Inspect and replace if necessary.
