Installing oxygen sensors in front of catalytic converter - USA

  1. Position the oxygen sensor by hand and screw in as far as possible.
  2. Tighten oxygen sensor with conventional open ring wrench Hazet 4681-3 and torque wrench.

    Tightening torque 55 (41) +/- 5 (3.5) Nm (ftlb.) 

  3. Route the blue oxygen sensor cable and secure it in the sheet metal brackets, wire retainers, or the cable guide.
  4. Connect plug connection and insert in the holder.
