Suspension - Rear: Description
An independent MacPherson strut-type suspension is used. Strut assemblies are attached to vehicle body at top, and lower control arm at bottom. Strut assembly includes adjuster ring to adjust vehicle height. Lower control arm is carrier for rear wheel bearing assembly.
Inside mount of lower control arm is attached to spring arm. Spring arm is attached to vehicle body. Outside mount of lower control arm is attached to vehicle body. A stabilizer bar is attached to stabilizer links and vehicle body. See Fig 1.
