Rear Disc Brake Pads: Removal
- Pull sensor for brake pad wear indicator out of pad plate. Replace sensors with ground through or grinding on core of wires. Sensor can be re-used, if there are grinding traces only on plastic part of sensor.
- Remove locks with wire guide plate and retaining pins. Remove inner brake pad with pulling hook or impact puller.
- Remove outer brake pad. This requires pressing out floating caliper frame until brake pad protrudes out of pin on floating frame caliper.
