Brake Caliper: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove tire and wheel. On floating frame calipers, remove disc pads as previously described. Remove splash shield (if equipped).
  2. Disconnect and plug hydraulic line. Remove caliper mounting bolts and remove caliper.
