Testing Procedure

Engine must be at normal operating temperature. Connect tachometer. Start engine and set parking and service brakes. Place selector in "D". Depress accelerator briefly to full throttle and note maximum RPM obtained. Engine speed should be within limits. See STALL SPEEDS  .
