Valve Body: Reassembly

  1. Lubricate all parts with ATF and install into proper valve body bores in reverse order of disassembly. cause valve to stick

  2. Ensure all check balls are installed in proper valve body passages. Check ball "A" is .12" (3 mm) in diameter. All other check balls are .24" (6 mm) in diameter. Install transfer plate-to-main valve body screws and tighten from center outward. DO NOT tighten.
