Governor Assembly: Reassembly

Reverse disassembly procedure and lubricate all parts with ATF when reassembling. Transfer plate must be reinstalled in same position. Do not reinstall oil strainer. Be sure angle in thrust plate is in center of housing so cover will bear against it.
