Rear Suspension Assembly: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Detach axle shaft from differential by removing Allen-head bolts.
  2. Detach caliper from rotor. Remove 2 countersunk screws and take off rotor. Remove parking brake shoes and spreader lever. Pull parking brake cable out of guide in hub assembly.
  3. Remove hub assembly with upper control arm attached after removing control arm retaining bolt.
  4. Remove lower control arm retaining nuts and bolts and remove control arm from vehicle. Remove stabilizer bar and link, if necessary.
