Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the oil fill cap.
  2. Install the insulator.
  3. Reinstall the oil fill cap.
  4. Connect the cam phaser electrical connector.
  5. Connect the ignition coils and install the electrical harness to the stud.

  6. Place the intake manifold cover onto the engine over the studs.
  7. Push down on the intake manifold cover directly over the left side studs in order to engage the cover to the studs.
  8. Push down on the intake manifold cover directly over the right side studs in order to engage the cover to the studs.
