Installation Procedure

  1. Install the left engine mount.
  2. Lower the engine using the adjustable jack until the engine is resting on the mount.
  3. Remove the adjustable jack from below the oil pan.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the right engine mount lower nut and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  5. Install the left engine mount lower nut and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).
  6. Lower the vehicle.

  7. Install the left engine mount upper nut and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  8. Install the CAC outlet hose to the CAC outlet pipe and throttle body.
  9. Tighten the CAC outlet hose clamp (1) at the throttle body.
  10. Tighten the CAC outlet hose clamp (2) at the CAC outlet pipe.

    Tighten the clamps to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  11. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
