Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement .
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
  3. Remove the front radiator air deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the front bumper fascia air deflector. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement .
  5. Remove the charge air cooler bolts.
  6. Remove the charge air cooler.
