Installation Procedure

  1. Install the charge air cooler.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the charge air cooler bolts and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  3. Install the front bumper fascia air deflector. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement .
  4. Install the front radiator air deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
  6. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement .
