Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine cover.
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Oil Filler Cap

  3. Remove the oil filler cap.

  5. Remove the oil filler cap gasket.

  7. Remove the 2 engine cover joints.

  9. Using a 14 mm spark plug wrench, remove the 4 spark plugs.

  11. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 camshaft position sensors.

  13. Remove the 2 bolts, O-rings, bracket and 2 oil camshaft timing control valves.

  15. Remove the 13 bolts, seal washer and cylinder head cover.
