Transmission Fluid Pump Disassemble

  1. Remove the front oil pump body O-ring from the oil pump.

  2. Remove the stator shaft assembly.
  3. Using a TORX socket wrench T30, remove the 10 TORX screws.

  4. Remove the front oil pump drive gear from the oil pump body.

  5. Remove the front oil pump driven gear from the oil pump body.

  6. Using a slide hammer, remove the front oil pump oil seal from the oil pump body.

  7. Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clutch drum oil seal rings (1) from the stator shaft assembly.
