Control Valve Body Installation

  1. Coat a new O-ring (1) with ATF WS and install it to the transmission wire.

  2. Pass the transmission wire through the transaxle.

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the transmission wire (1) with the bolt and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
  4. Install the transmission valve body assembly. Refer to Control Valve Body Replacement .
  5. Install the battery tray.
  6. Install the battery.
  7. Connect the cable to the negative battery terminal.
  8. Add the automatic transaxle fluid.
  9. Inspect the automatic transaxle fluid.
  10. Inspect for automatic transaxle fluid leak.
  11. Install the left hand side engine under cover.
