Conditions for Setting the DTC

The observed engine speed at idle is 100 RPM less than the expected engine speed.
OR
The observed engine speed at idle is 150 RPM greater than the expected engine speed.
Either of the above conditions has occurred 5 times or more this ignition cycle.
