Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Locating Charcoal Canister Assembly Bolts

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the 3 bolts and charcoal canister assembly.

    Tighten:  19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  2. Connect the charcoal canister filter sub-assembly to the charcoal canister assembly.

  3. Connect the purge line hose.
  4. Connect the wire harness clamp.
  5. Connect the vapor pressure sensor connector.

  6. Connect the fuel tank vent hose to the charcoal canister.
