Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the drivers knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement .
1 Push Pin Retainer (Qty: 2)
2 Instrument Panel Insulator Trim Panel Assembly
Procedure 
Disconnect the courtesy lamp, if equipped.
