Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement

1	Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Procedure Pull rearward on the bottom of the trim panel to release the two lower attachment retaining clips. Using a fiber trim stick, or similar blunt tool, release the inner and outer mid-position retaining clips. Pull the finish panel in a downward direction to release the two upper attachment hooks. When installing the seat back cushion finish panel, insert the two upper retainers first, then engage the four lower retainers. If replacing the cover, transfer components as necessary. TIP: Use a J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover to aid in the removal of the 2 lower seat back retainers. Special Tools J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover

Procedure

Pull rearward on the bottom of the trim panel to release the two lower attachment retaining clips.
Using a fiber trim stick, or similar blunt tool, release the inner and outer mid-position retaining clips.
Pull the finish panel in a downward direction to release the two upper attachment hooks.
