Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition OFF, inspect the vehicle for signs of air bag or pretensioner deployment. Verify that the vehicle does not show any signs of deployment.
  2. Verify DTC B0052 is not reset.
    • If DTC is set, with a scan tool, clear DTCs. If the DTC resets, replace the SDM.
