Intake Manifold Assemble

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the intake manifold sight shield ball studs and tighten to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

Install the intake manifold plug and tighten to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Install the vacuum cap.

NOTE: Do not reuse the intake manifold-to-cylinder head sealing gaskets.

Install NEW intake manifold-to-cylinder head gaskets.
