Replacement Procedure

  1. Using J 7079-2:  universal driver handle-non threaded (1) and the remover side of the J 39062:  Turbine Shaft Seal Tool (2), remove the case cover to turbine shaft seal (35).

  2. Using a small screwdriver, remove the case cover to drive sprocket seal (34) by tapping the seal out through the slots in the case cover.

  3. Using J 7079-2:  universal driver handle-non threaded (1) the installer side of the J 39062:  Turbine Shaft Seal Tool (2), install the case cover to turbine shaft seal (35).

  4. Using J 8092:  Driver Handle (1) and J 39648:  seal installer (2), install the case cover to drive sprocket seal (34).
