Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement

Preliminary Procedure: Remove the wiper arm blades. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement .
1	Windshield Washer Transmission Nut Cap Tip: Use a small flat-bladed tool to remove the transmission cap.
2	Windshield Washer Transmission Support Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tip: Hold the wiper arm blade tip to the target points in the lower blackout area of the windshield while tightening the nut. Tighten: 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
3	Windshield Wiper Arm Hose Tip: Disconnect the hose from the air inlet grille panel elbow.
4	Windshield Washer Arm Assembly Tip: Slightly rock the arm on the wiper pivot shaft to remove.
5	Windshield Wiper Blade Target Points Tip: Hold the wiper arm blade tip to the target points in the lower blackout area of the windshield while tightening the wiper arm transmission nut.
