Rear Side Door Lock Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1	Outside Door Handle Rod Tip: Release the handle rod retainer with a flat-bladed tool.
2	Inside Lock Rod Tip: Use a flat-bladed tool to release the inside lock rod from the lock.
3	Inside Handle Rod Tip: Use a flat-bladed tool to release the inside handle rod from the lock.
4	Rear Side Door Lock Screw (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
5	Rear Side Door Lock Assembly Tip: Disconnect the electrical from the door lock.
