Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement . Remove the front outside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
1	Clip, Lock Cylinder Retainer Tip: Remove arm from the back lock cylinder before removing the cylinder from the handle. Release the clip to remove the lock cylinder from the handle.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the interior trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
Remove the front outside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .

Clip, Lock Cylinder Retainer
Tip:

Remove arm from the back lock cylinder before removing the cylinder from the handle.
Release the clip to remove the lock cylinder from the handle.
