Conditions for Running the DTC

DTC P2430

• DTCs P0412, P0418, P0607, P0641, P0651, P2432, or P2433 are not set.
• Greater than 60 min has elapsed since the last cold start.
• The barometric pressure (BARO) is greater than 70 kPa (10 psi).
• The intake air temperature (IAT) is greater than 5°C (41°F).
• The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between 5-60°C (41-140°F).
• The ignition voltage is between 10-18 volts.
• The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is greater than 20 kPa (3 psi).
• The engine speed is less than 5,000 RPM.
• The mass air flow (MAF) is less than 50 g/s.
• The AIR pump is commanded ON.
• DTC P2430 runs continuously when the above conditions are met.

DTC P2431

• DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0412, P0418, P0607, P0641, P0651, P2432, or P2433 are not set.
• The barometric pressure (BARO) is greater than 70 kPa (10 psi).
• The intake air temperature (IAT) is greater than 5°C (41°F).
• The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between 5-60°C (41-140°F).
• The ignition voltage is between 10-18 volts.
• The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is greater than 20 kPa (3 psi).
• The engine speed is less than 5,000 RPM.
• The mass air flow (MAF) is less than 50 g/s.
• The transfer case is not in 4WD Low, if equipped.
• DTC P2431 runs continuously when the above conditions are met.

P2432 and P2433

• DTCs P0607 or P0651 are not set.
• The ignition is ON or the engine is running.
• DTC P2432 and P2433 run continuously when the above conditions are met.
