Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Position the wiper blade at a mid-wipe on the windshield. Cycle the ignition key to the off position. Raise the wiper blade off the glass.

2	Element Assembly, Windshield Washer TIP: With a small pair of needle nose pliers, secure the end of the wiper element and pull outward from the wiper blade claws in order to remove the element.

Preliminary Procedures

Position the wiper blade at a mid-wipe on the windshield.
Cycle the ignition key to the off position.
Raise the wiper blade off the glass.
